Free allergen matrix template
A sheet with your dishes in rows and the 14 EU allergens in columns. A written record for your team and for inspections. No sign-up, no email.
How to fill it in
- One row per dish, including drinks and desserts.
- Mark X when the dish contains the allergen or an ingredient that does (sauces, batters, stocks, cured meats).
- Use your suppliers' spec sheets, and recheck the row when you change supplier.
- Note what you know about cross-contamination, plus who checked it and when.
Why keep a matrix
Many EU countries allow allergen information to be given orally only if it is also recorded in writing on the premises. An up-to-date matrix is the simplest way to have that record.
How it works
- Upload your menu as PDF, Excel or text (or send it to us and we upload it for free). Review it and publish.
- MenuDoro translates it into 10 languages: English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Russian, Greek and Chinese.
- Print one QR code per table. Guests scan it with their camera, no app to download, and see the menu in their language.
- They order from their phone. The ticket reaches the kitchen screen in your language, with table and dishes in writing.
