How MenuDoro works

📄Put your menu online

1. Open “Upload menu” and tap “Choose file”. A PDF, Excel or CSV of your menu works.
2. Check what we read: name, price and allergens of each dish. Fix anything that's wrong.
3. Tap “Publish to menu”. It is translated into 10 languages by itself.
4. No file? Paste or type your menu on the same screen, or add dishes one by one in “Menu”.

Photos of a paper menu can't be read. Use the file you print it from.

🔳Tables and QR codes

1. In “Tables & QR”, type your table numbers (for example 1-12) and tap “Add tables”.
2. Print the codes and put each one on its table. Guests order with that code.
3. For the door, the window or flyers, use the “Menu QR”: guests see the menu but can't order.
4. If you print again, the codes stay the same.

👨‍🍳The kitchen

1. On the kitchen tablet, open the kitchen screen and sign in with the kitchen password (you set it in “Settings”).
2. When an order comes in, its table lights up and you hear a ding.
3. Tap the table, then “Start”, “Ready” and “Served”.
4. Served dishes stay on the table with their prices until it is paid. New rounds are marked “New”.

🧾Take payment and close the table

1. Guests ask for the bill from their phone. The kitchen screen shows “Asking for the bill”.
2. Tap the table: you see every round and the total.
3. When they have paid, tap “Paid”. If they leave without asking, tap “Close table”.
4. The table is free again and the total is added to “Takings” on your panel.

MenuDoro doesn't take the money for you: you get paid as always, by card or cash.

🌍Languages and allergens

1. Guests choose their language: English, Spanish, German, French, Polish, Russian, Portuguese, Greek, Chinese or Italian.
2. When you change a dish, its translation updates by itself.
3. Open a dish in “Menu” and tap “Check allergens”: we warn you if one seems to be missing.
4. Guests can leave out allergens and only see what they can eat.

You know your recipes best: check every dish's allergens.

⭐Your trial and payment

1. 30 days free once you confirm your phone.
2. Then €79.90 a month, or €598.80 a year (€49.90 (VAT included) a month).
3. You can cancel any time in Plan & billing. Your menu and data stay.
4. If the trial ends without a plan, your menu is paused. Nothing is deleted.
