Guests order in their language. The kitchen reads yours.
With international guests, mistakes usually happen on the ticket, not the menu: a misunderstood dish, a forgotten extra, an allergy that never reached the kitchen. MenuDoro sends every order in writing, in your kitchen's language.

What the kitchen sees
- Table number, dishes named in your language, and quantities. Guest notes appear exactly as written, with allergies highlighted.
- The kitchen screen runs in any browser on a phone, tablet or computer. No printer or new till required.
Kitchen language
The kitchen can view tickets in any of the 10 languages, even a different one from the dining room. Useful when the kitchen team speaks another language than the floor staff.
Set it up in 15 minutes
- 1. Open the kitchen screen in the browser of the tablet or phone that stays in the kitchen, and sign in with the kitchen password.
- 2. Pick the kitchen language. It can differ from the language you wrote the menu in.
- 3. Print the table QR codes and place one per table, so every ticket carries the right table number.
- 4. Place a test order from your own phone in another language and check how it arrives. You can see a sample first at /demo/comanda without an account.
Write dish names that survive translation
- Keep the original name and add a short plain description: 'Pulpo a la gallega: octopus, paprika, olive oil, potato'. Plain words translate reliably; puns and house nicknames don't.
- Name extras and sides as separate options rather than burying them in the description, so they appear as their own line on the ticket.
Guest notes and allergies
Guest notes appear as the guest wrote them, and allergies are highlighted. Train the pass to read every highlighted line before a dish leaves, and ask the guest when a note is unclear: the written ticket helps, it doesn't replace the check.
How it works
- Upload your menu as PDF, Excel or text (or send it to us and we upload it for free). Review it and publish.
- MenuDoro translates it into 10 languages: English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Russian, Greek and Chinese.
- Print one QR code per table. Guests scan it with their camera, no app to download, and see the menu in their language.
- They order from their phone. The ticket reaches the kitchen screen in your language, with table and dishes in writing.
