Referral Terms
The rules of the MenuDoro referral program, in plain words. Updated 12 October 2026.
1. The program
MenuDoro (menudoro.com) pays a commission to approved referrers who introduce new restaurants. Taking part is free. These terms are an agreement between you and MenuDoro. They don't make you an employee, agent or partner of MenuDoro.
2. Who can join
You must be at least 18 and apply with your real name, country, tax ID, email and payout details. We approve every referrer by hand and may turn down an application without giving a reason. One account per person.
3. Your link and which restaurants count
You get a personal link. A restaurant counts as yours when it opens its MenuDoro account within 60 days of first arriving through your link, in the same browser. The first referral link used wins; later links don't replace it. Only brand-new restaurants count: not one that already had a MenuDoro account, trial or subscription, and not one whose phone, email or card was already used for another MenuDoro account.
4. Self-referrals
You can't earn on your own restaurant or on one connected to you. A restaurant is connected to you when it shares your email or company email domain, phone, payment card, tax ID or business name. Those referrals pay nothing.
5. Commission
You earn 20% of what the restaurant pays MenuDoro, without VAT, for 12 months starting with its first paid month. On the monthly plan you earn on each completed paid month; on the yearly plan, on the paid year (only the part inside those 12 months). Nothing is paid for free trial time, free or 100% discounted periods, a month cancelled before it ends, refunds or chargebacks.
6. Hold and payouts
Each commission is held for 30 days after it's earned, so refunds and chargebacks can settle. Then it's ready to pay. We pay once a month when your balance ready to pay is €50 or more, in euros, by PayPal or SEPA bank transfer to the details you gave us. If a payment is refunded or charged back after we've paid you, we deduct that commission from your next payouts. We don't pay in cryptocurrency.
7. How you may promote MenuDoro
Recommend MenuDoro honestly and in your own name, to people you know or on your own website, profiles and channels. Not allowed: cold emails, cold calls, spam, mass WhatsApp or DM blasts, bidding on “MenuDoro” or similar terms in search ads, pretending to be MenuDoro or its staff, and promising prices, discounts or features we don't offer. You must follow the advertising and privacy laws that apply to you.
8. Bans and leaving
If you break these rules, we can close your referrer account straight away, and commissions not yet paid are cancelled. You can leave at any time by writing to us; we'll pay any balance ready to pay of €50 or more. We may change or end the program with 30 days' notice by email. Commissions earned before then are still paid under these terms.
9. Taxes
You're responsible for declaring and paying any tax and social security on what you earn. We pay the amounts shown without deducting tax, unless the law requires us to, and we may ask you for an invoice or tax details before paying.
10. Your data
We use your name, contact, tax and payout details only to run the program and pay you, as described in our Privacy notice, and we keep them for as long as tax law requires.
11. Law and contact
